We are looking for a Targeting Specialist who doesn’t just “run ads”, but treats paid acquisition like a constant experiment: new creatives, new audiences, new angles — every week.

đź’Ş Your quest-line:
- Own and scale paid social acquisition across key platforms, primarily Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads;
- Own the full experimentation cycle: hypothesis → creative → launch → analysis → scaling;
- Identify winning combinations of creatives, audiences, and offers and scale them across geographies and platforms;
- Quickly produce and iterate creatives: static banners, simple video formats, and variations of copy and CTA;
- Use AI tools and automation to accelerate creative production and campaign optimization;
- Continuously test new ad platforms, formats, and acquisition strategies;
- Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to improve acquisition efficiency;
- Launch and iterate on 10–20 creative tests per week, constantly exploring new messaging angles and formats;
👨‍🚀 Your in-game skin:
- 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social;
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) — strong understanding of ad formats, bidding strategies, and pixel events;
- Experience working with TikTok Ads — understanding of platform algorithms, creative formats, and TikTok Pixel;
- Experience launching and optimizing remarketing campaigns — including dynamic ads, custom audiences, and pixel events;
- Experience managing $30k+ monthly budgets — understanding how to operate and scale meaningful budgets responsibly;
- Performance mindset — strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period, and cohort analysis;
- Creative production skills — ability to quickly create static banners and simple video creatives;
- Experience with A/B testing — understanding of statistical significance and proper test structure;
- Understanding of tracking and attribution — including Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, UTM parameters, and postback integrations.

- Experience in gaming, skins marketplaces, iGaming, or betting industries;
- Understanding of international projects with multi-geo launches;
- Experience using AI tools for creative generation (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway);
- Understanding of marketplace or e-commerce mechanics (funnels, carts, retention);
- Experience with additional ad platforms such as Telegram Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Reddit Ads;
- Experience with influencer seeding and integrations.
